
We are excited to welcome local organizations, small businesses, and all others to join us for a Community Resource Fair! We are seeking vendors who can provide services, resources, activities, and products to the community.
Our 2026 Community Resource Fair is designed to strengthen community relationships, connect residents with valuable services, and introduce mission aligned businesses and organizations to the community.

Agreement Terms
By joining the Community Resource Fair, you will receive a free space to provide a service or sell a product. Vendors selling food or products must provide valid licensing and insurance, with minimum requirements discussed as needed. All participants are expected to maintain a respectful environment, keep their space clean, arrive on time, and remain for the duration of the event. Weapons, harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
Signature
Your completion of the agreement form will require a signature, which will serve as confirmation of you/your team's attendance in the 2026 Community Resource Fair. The signature will be your full name typed in.

We ask that Vendors join us with the intention of creating a consistent and reliable community experience. We strongly encourage full-season participation. The official agreement will ask you to select which dates you will attend.
Vendors will receive a free space in the Community Resource Fair consisting of tables and seating. Any additional equipment needed will be the responsibility of the Vendor to bring.
Yes. All vendors who sell food or products must have the appropriate licenses and permits, including health department approval, a valid business license or cottage food license, and proof of insurance. These documents will be requested once you've submitted your interest form.
We prioritize high-quality, thoughtfully produced goods that align with our mission of wellness and community. This includes fresh produce, prepared foods, baked goods, specialty food items, flowers, and handmade or artisanal products. We would also welcome service vendors - community organizations that provide resources and activities to the public.
The market operates rain or shine. Vendors should come prepared for outdoor conditions, including wind, heat, or light rain. In the case of severe weather, updates will be communicated by The Lunch Counter Crew via email and phone.
