Yes. Vendors are selected with the intention of creating a consistent and reliable market experience. We strongly encourage full-season participation; however, limited availability may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent/canopy, display materials, and any additional setup needs. Tables and chairs are provided based on your selected booth size, and tent weights will be available onsite for safety.
Yes. All vendors must have the appropriate licenses and permits, including health department approval (for food vendors), a valid business license or cottage food license, and proof of insurance. These documents must be submitted prior to participation.
We prioritize high-quality, thoughtfully produced goods that align with our mission of wellness and community. This includes fresh produce, prepared foods, baked goods, specialty food items, flowers, and handmade or artisanal products. We would also welcome service vendors - community organizations that provide resources and activities to the public.
The market operates rain or shine. Vendors should come prepared for outdoor conditions, including wind, heat, or light rain. In the case of severe weather, updates will be communicated by The Lunch Counter team.
